President and Chief Executive Officer
Misha strives to continue growing the presence of women in the construction industry within her team. She is on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction(NAWIC) Silicon Valley Chapter and the communications chair within Women Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE). Misha teaches cycling classes once a week and enjoys exploring new restaurants and outdoor adventures in her free time.

Ramin Yavari is the General Manager of TriCore Panels. Skilled in Client Relations, Project Job-Costing, Value Engineering, Project/Employee Management, and Team Leadership, Ramin has continued to demonstrate and live by the core values of TriCore Panels on a daily basis. Ramin enjoys playing and watching basketball in his free time. -
SEAN HOMARA
RMO
Sean Homara is the RMO of TriCore Panels. Sean has been in the construction industry managing various complicated projects in California for almost 20 years. Skilled in problem-solving and tech support. he is always a team player. He has developed many business strategies in sales, technology, and team training. Sean enjoys watching soccer and cycling the outdoors in his free time.

Senerchia Hendry
OFFICE & HR MANAGER
Senerchia Hendry is the Office and HR Manager for TriCore Panels. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University. Senerchia has been in the construction industry for a little over 10 years and strives to continue her success in this industry. Senerchia is part of the leadership team for TriCore Panels. Senerchia enjoys playing tennis and practicing water aerobics in her free time. She is the mother of three beautiful girls.

Farshid Motamedi
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Farshid is a senior estimator and Designer / Drafter for Tricore Panels and have been with the company for about 5 years. He has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years & is a professional in AutoCad as well as Microsoft Office Software. Farshid enjoy playing soccer and basketball.

Miguel Ruvalcaba
SUPERINTENDENT
Miguel is currently at TriCore Panels as a Superintendent. He has been working in the construction industry for 29 years now & during that time he has been working on finishing façades with materials such as Acm, HPL, Perdema, James Hardie siding, granite, ceramic, etc. Miguel has been a machine operator for over 20 years and have experience with Boom lifts, Gradalls, forklifts, pallets jack, etc. In his spare time, he likes to travel to exotic places, camping and go boating.

Baraa
PROJECT MANAGER
Baraa is a motivated designer with solid experience managing all levels of large-scale projects, including design, budgeting, and project management. Baraa earned her Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering before working as an architect for years in the multifamily development field. Baraa is a firm believer that we can make the world a better place by bringing amazing architecture to life in the most efficient and durable way while using the least toxic, most environmentally responsible materials. Outside of work, she is a happy wife and the proud mom of a 1-year-old boy, and a six-year-old daughter who thinks that mom has built all the homes in the world. When relaxing, she loves good coffee, traveling, and swimming.

Oscar Rivera
FOREMAN
Oscar is a Foreman at TriCore Panels. He’s been in the construction industry for a total of 10 years, 5 of which have been in the United States. Oscar joined TriCore’s team 4 years ago and learned a lot along the way. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife & kids, watching the sunrise at the beach, exploring new places and he is always open to new experiences.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Art is a General Superintendent at TriCore Panels & has been with the company for about 6 months. Art was introduced to the construction industry early on in his career & have now been in the industry for 23 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching my kids play sports, bbq-ing & snowboarding.

Roberto is a Foreman at Tricore Panels & has been with the company for almost 3 years. Roberto has been in the construction industry for about 7 years & has worked hard to get to where he is today. In his spare time, he enjoys going to comedy shows, spending time with family & bbq-ing.
