Starting from the ground up, Ramin has spent nearly a decade developing deep expertise across the construction lifecycle including architectural panel installation, estimating, project management, and field operations. 

Through his commitment to excellence and continuous learning, Ramin has built strong, lasting relationships with general contractors across the Bay Area and beyond. Known for his ability to balance technical precision with practical solutions, he excels in client relations, project job-costing, value engineering, employee development, and strategic leadership. 

Ramin has served as a mentor to many team members throughout his career, helping shape the next generation of leaders at TriCore Panels. His growth from field operations to the leadership seat he occupies today reflects his unwavering dedication, strong work ethic, and the trust he has earned from both the team and our partners.
