MISHA HOMARA
Misha Homara, CEO of TriCore Panels, isn’t just leading a family business—she’s shaping the future of the construction industry. As a second-generation leader, Misha combines her background in communication and media studies (San Francisco State University) with a deep passion for innovation, efficiency, and excellence. Under her leadership, TriCore Panels has grown into a prominent industry player, delivering cutting-edge architectural paneling solutions throughout the Bay Area. TriCore Panels specializes in the fabrication and installation of all types of architectural panel systems with a focus on the private sector in commercial construction.
Beyond her role at TriCore Panels, Misha is a driving force for women’s empowerment in construction. As co-president of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) California Chapter, she actively advocates for change, mentorship, and opportunities for women in the field. She also serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of NAWIC Silicon Valley, amplifying her impact across the industry.
Misha’s commitment to empowering women led her to create The Misha Method, a platform dedicated to helping women build confidence, own their voices, and step into leadership roles.
Through podcasts, workshops, and speaking engagements, she shares strategies to break barriers, fostering a more inclusive and thriving construction industry. She also hosts retreats specifically designed for women in construction, creating transformative experiences that focus on leadership, mindset, and personal growth in a supportive community.
When she’s not leading or advocating, Misha enjoys being a dog mom to a senior chihuahua, exploring the outdoors, teaching spin classes, scuba diving, and enjoying San Francisco’s vibrant food scene. Her journey is one of passion, purpose, and transformation dedicated to building stronger businesses, communities, and leaders in construction.
