Art Badillo joined the TriCore Panels leadership team in December 2023 and currently serves as our Operations Manager, leading all field and shop operations. With more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Art brings a deep well of knowledge, practical expertise, and strong leadership to TriCore Panels.

Introduced to construction early in his career, Art has spent more than two decades mastering the complexities of field coordination, crew management, safety practices, and project execution. His ability to connect with people both in the field and in the office has made him a trusted leader who strengthens communication, elevates quality, and ensures teams have what they need to succeed.

Since joining TriCore Panels, Art has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational processes, supporting team development, and upholding TriCore Panels’s commitment to delivering high-quality architectural panel systems.

Outside of work, Art enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids play sports, BBQ-ing on the weekends, and snowboarding whenever he gets the chance.
