Sushma Nand has served as the Human Resources Manager for TriCore Panels since September 2023, when she also joined the company’s leadership team. With nearly a decade of HR experience and more than 18 years of executive support and operational leadership, Sushma brings a unique blend of strategy, structure, and heart to TriCore Panels.
Her career spans biotech, tech, and startup environments, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, organizational development, benefits administration, and executive partnership. Joining TriCore Panels marked her first experience in the construction industry—an environment she embraced with curiosity and determination. Over the past three years, she has quickly expanded her expertise, adapting her corporate background to the demands of construction while building a strong HR infrastructure from the ground up.
Today, Sushma leads TriCore Panels’s HR function as a one-person HR team, supporting compliance, culture, onboarding, payroll coordination, safety alignment, talent development, systems optimization, and organizational processes across the company. Her impact has strengthened every department, reinforcing TriCore Panels’s commitment to building brighter futures together.
A certified SHRM professional since 2018 and a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Sushma is dedicated to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of HR best practices.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sushma brings warmth, creativity, and authenticity to the TriCore Panels community.
