Sean Homara is the original founder of TriCore Panels and currently serves as the company’s Responsible Managing Officer (RMO). Before stepping into this role, Sean spent years laying the foundation for TriCore Panels’s long-term success—building strong relationships with general contractors, assembling the right team, investing in key equipment, and securing the headquarters that still supports our operations today. His vision and early leadership are core to what TriCore Panels has become.

With nearly 20 years of experience managing complex construction projects across California, Sean is known for his problem-solving ability, technical expertise, and steady leadership. Throughout his career, he has played a critical role in developing business strategies across sales, technology, operations, and team training—helping shape TriCore Panels into a respected architectural paneling subcontractor.

Sean is a true team player whose contributions continue to guide the company’s growth while supporting the next generation of leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys watching soccer and spending time outdoors cycling.
